About Team AhA

Team AhA is a team on Etsy created to help new and veteran shop owners get noticed amongst the Etsy community and on many other social networks mediums in order to gain sales. The way through which we accomplish this is by creating a friendly environment where we can all express one another. In team AhA, you can feel free to come to your team discussion boards with any questions or concerns you may have and you will surely get an answer from one of our many helpful team members. In our team you will feel like you have your own little Etsy family.

Team AhA hosts many different promotional games through which you will be able to help other show owners be noticed, while also helping yourself become noticed. Becoming an active member of team AhA will benefit us all. "Help me, help you."

Meet the team Captains:

Hi, I'm Vivi (Or Jenvy as some like to call me lol), your team captain. I am the shop owner of Jenvy Accessories and creator of team AhA: Artists helping Artists. I live in Mahwah, NJ and I absolutely love it! I'm right on the border of upstate New York. It's a nice quiet town, part of Bergen County.I am 26 years old, a mommy of a soon to be pre-schooler boy (4 years old in September) and the fiance to my son's father. I love to help others. I have what I like to call self-diagnosed ADD and mild OCD (Seriously as my fiance). I am always busy doing something (most of the time it's chasing around my son), otherwise I don't feel productive!

I began Jenvy Accessories as a way to be able to stay at home with my son while also bringing in some income. Jenvy Accessories is a shop full of completely handmade accessories ranging from jewelry, to just recently crochet items for babies, hair accessories, male accessories, if it's an accessory it is most likely in my shop or in the works to become a part of my shop.

Where can you find me on my spare time? (Wait, what is spare time? I'm a mommy there is no such thing, just kidding, maybe sometimes) Well on my "spare time" you can find me shopping. Yes I am a shopaholic! I call it retail therapy lol. You can usually find me creating new designs, writing up my next blog article, playing with my son, watching movies with the little one and fiance. I enjoy reading, writing (why I love making pen pals), creating anything!

Co-Captain:

Hi, I'm Kelleen. I'm 29 years old, from the wonderful state of Washington. I love it here and wouldn't change it for anything. I live about 20 minutes south of downtown Seattle. I love just going to the Seattle waterfront and just walking around for no reason.

I started my love for sewing when I was 10 years old and haven't stopped. When I got to high school, I took sewing as an elective for 3 years. Then Once I graduated from high school, I kept going with my sewing adventures and went to school @ The Art Institute of Seattle for Fashion Design. I opened up my shop after I had made a apron, pot holders and some coasters as a wedding gift for my friend. She ended up really liking the gift, so I thought why not try and sell my items. Then after a while my mom thought I should try and get into the kids scene by sewing clothes for them as well. I also wanted to open up my own shop since I wasn't able to find a job in my field as a fashion designer. I thought what better way for me to get into the field then to just sew my own things and see where it takes me. Some of my favorite interest are- watching sports on tv or live, camping, hiking, being with my family, watching tv, and going to plays every once in a while.
